The Brief
To tie stage theming into the floor and room areas using the X logo.
The Challenge
The room layout was an unconventional dinner set up, so placement of the various items became a challenging factor.
The Outcome
Using coloured carpet, cut to the logo shape, we created a strong floor visual which worked well with the bold coloured lighting. Centrepieces and chair sashes defined the various colours, tying in what could have been a very random colour palette mess. Stage theming creatively encapsulated the cross logo in ball cages which gave off cool reflections on stage.
