The Brief
To transform the restaurant into a hawkers market, creating casual standing and entertainment easily accessible for guests with strong visual flavours of Singapore.
The Challenge

The Outcome
Using the existing theming of the restaurant, we created five very separate ‘hawker stands’ and decorated each in a stylish and creative way, showcasing many items quintessential to Singapore – from orchids, rice bowls and steamers to red and gold lanterns, ornamental tassels and wooden screens – each stand was unique. We also introduced tarot card reading, fortune cookies and soundscape.
